Il gatto nero è uno dei simboli più amati di Halloween, se sei amante dei gatti non può mancare alla tua festa 😀 . Una volta realizzati, puoi regalarli ai tuoi ospiti come ricordo della serata, puoi usarli come segnaposto per decorare la tavola o puoi creare un invito, fissando i portadolcetti a un nastrino arancione da legare ad una pergamena. Riempili di dolcetti e scatena la tua fantasia!
The black cat is one of the most beloved Halloween symbols, if you are a cat lover this tutorial is perfect for you 😀 Once made, you can give them to your guests as a reminder of the party, you can use them as placeholders to decorate the table or you can create an invitation, fixing the little bag to an orange ribbon and tie it to a parchment. Let’s move to the tutorial, fill them with sweets and unleash your imagination!

MATERIALS
- yellow and black felt
- sewing template (download the pdf template HERE)
- glue (preferably hot glue)
- scissors
- sewing needle (optional)
- black sewing thread (optional)
- sewing machine (optional)
TUTORIAL (STEP-BY-STEP PICTURES HERE)
STEP 1
Cut out the front shape and the two parts that make up the back of the cat from the black felt, using the pdf that you have downloaded and printed on A4. Cut out the eyes from the yellow felt. (1).
STEP 2
Overlap the front and back of the cat, placing the two halves that make up the back over the entire outline of the front. In case you decide to use the sewing machine or to sew by hand, stop with two stitching points the two halves of the back to the front shape to keep them firm, and then proceed to sew along the entire edge leaving a margin of a few millimeters. Otherwise you can safely use hot glue pasting all along the edge. Do not glue the line that divides the back halfway, it will be the opening to put the sweets. (2).
STEP 3
Glue the eyes on the front of the cat using hot glue. Tip: If you do not have hot glue you can sew your eyes by hand using a yellow thread before step 2 (before sewing together front and back). (3).
